Customer Service…Maximizing Patient Relationships

Improve patient relations and increase professionalism and pride in staff members. This course is designed to set a baseline of performance expectation for new paraoptometrics. It will create a sense of responsibility and responsiveness to the needs of patients and the practice. Each attendee will learn how to exceed the expectation of patients and how to prevent problem situations.

Learning Objective: After completion of this course, attendees will increase their level of professionalism and be more confident in communicating information to patients. Staff will better understand their role in patient retention and practice growth. Staff problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills will also improve.
