Who doesn’t want more confidence and less need for supervision in the day-to-day operations of their office? Learn how to create that reality as you  increase your skills, confidence and comfort levels by performing several optical tasks independently. 

Learning Objective:After completion of this workshop, attendees will have a basic grasp of day-to-day activities necessary to function in the optical area of any practice. This workshop is intense and moves at a quick pace.  Each staff member must be prepared to comprehend information quickly. 

Needs Assessment: New staff members as well as experienced staff wishing to improve their skills.

Maximum Number of Participants: 20 (hands-on)

Additional Equipment: Students must bring needle nose pliers, padded pliers, one metal frame with nose pads, and one plastic frame. Students must also bring saltpans or hot air blowers.
