Sometimes a staff member just seems to have “perfect performance” radar.  Other times, a member of your team’s radar equipment is, disappointingly, in need of a tune up or even a complete overhaul.

How can you ensure that there is a system in place to reward excellent work and constructively criticize a poor performance?

This course is designed to give doctors and managers the ability to improve staff performance by establishing goals and objectives and setting performance standards.   We will walk through job descriptions, performance appraisals step-by-step guides to improving staff morale and ultimately practice economics.

Learning Objective: After completion of this course the attendees will understand how to evaluate staff performance and value to the practice.  Managers/doctors will understand how to set goals for staff members, develop systems for performance review and evaluation and understand how to create a positive work environment and how to get the best performance from each staff member—those with radar and those without.
