Arguably, the pivotal role in most organizations is the human resources manager.  They are integral to the growth and development of each and every staff member on the team. This course will help those in that role have a greater ability to critically assess skills, determine minimum performance expectations and, most importantly, help develop an outstanding team.  Emphasis is placed on “identifying the best and eliminating the rest.”

Learning Objective:

Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on non-verbal communications will help participants better understand and communicate with patients, co-workers and doctors.
