Customer Service – Must Have Skills
This course is designed to as a self-evaluation and development program. Each attendee will receive a breakout of skills they must possess or improve, to fully deliver the customer service needed in our current marketplace.
The goal of this workshop is for each attendee to better understand their strengths and challenges when providing patient care and how to best improve their performance.
